Community Involvement - Elizabeth, New Jersey

Elizabethport Presbyterian Center:

We facilitate and participate in local projects such as job training, daycare, youth projects, and community events for the local community outreach center.

Tour de Elizabeth:

We sponsor and help organize and coordinate an annual bike race around Elizabeth.

March of Dimes:

We donate products to help feed participants in the annual Walk-a-Thon.

United Way:

We donate to youth and fitness programs at the YMCA.

Michael Foods employees participate in various activities, including tree planting, the Riverwalk Project, and creating "pocket parks" sponsored by Groundwork Elizabeth, a non-profit corporation with the objective to foster sustainable regeneration of City sites.
