United Way Efforts:

In partnership with United Way and hunger relief organizations, employees have donated their time to the following efforts:

Second Harvest Heartland:
We pack and sort donated and wholesale food for the hunger relief program.

People Serving People:
We serve food, greet and welcome families, and help with food preparation and clean-up.

Salvation Army - Harbor Light Center:
We serve lunch to the homeless and the working poor.

Boys and Girls Club:
We provide after-school snacks and lead activities for at-risk youth.

House of Charity:
We serve breakfast to the homeless and the working poor.

Square Meal Dealers - Simpson Housing Services, Inc.:
We assemble bagged lunches for the homeless.

Hope for the City:
We pack and sort donated food.

Team "Pullet" Rides the MS150:

For the fourth year in a row Michael Foods' Team Pullet participated in the Multiple Sclerosis Society MS150 bike ride to help fight Multiple Sclerosis. This year, the team raised over $31,000 for the cause! More about the ride.

We participate in literacy, math and science tutoring programs.
