bell pepper, sliced 2 oz.
onions, sliced 1 oz.
tomatoes, chopped 1/2 oz.
Provolone cheese 1 1/2 oz.
salt and pepper to taste


  1. Grill Italian sausage until cooked through.
  2. Grill peppers, onions, and tomatoes until hot.
  3. Slice Italian roll and top with heated omelet, Provolone, sausage and vegetables.
