Serving Size:
chicken broth 24 oz.
tortellini 1/2 cup
carrots, diced 1 oz.
onion, diced 1 oz.
green pepper, diced 1 oz.
red pepper, diced 1 oz.
Papetti's® Table Ready® Scrambled Egg Patty, diced 1/serving
Parmesan cheese, shaved 1 oz.
salt and pepper to taste


  1. Bring broth to a simmer and add tortellini, diced egg patty and vegetables.
  2. Simmer 8-10 minutes until tender. Adjust seasoning and serve with Parmesan.


  • Serve with: crusty Italian bread
  • Garnish with: grated Romano cheese
  • Daypart suggestion: a good lunch soup-and-salad offering
