Portions: 1 serving
Serving Size:
grilled steak, medium rare, sliced 3 oz.
beefsteak tomatoes, 3 slices 4 oz.
red onion, sliced 1 1/2 oz.
Papetti's® Table Ready® Peeled Hard Cooked Eggs, sliced 1/serving
bacon, cooked, crumbled 1/serving
bleu cheese, crumbled 1 tsp.


  1. Place one slice of tomato on plate and top alternately with onion, egg and steak.
  2. Repeat with each remaining slice of tomato and garnish with bacon and crumbled bleu cheese. Serve with vinaigrette dressing on the side.


  • Serve with: potato pancakes with sour cream or garlic toast slices
