bacon, cooked 2 slices
avocado, sliced 1 oz.
tomato, sliced 1 oz.
lettuce, leaf 1 leaf
bleu cheese, crumbled 1/2 oz.


  1. Top one slice of bread with turkey, egg, lettuce, tomato, bacon, avocado, and bleu cheese crumbles.
  2. Place remaining bread slice on top and cut in half.


  • Serve with: tortilla chips and salsa or stuffed jalapeño peppers.
