flour tortilla 1/sv.
Papetti's® Table Ready® Ham and Cheese Omelet 1/sv.
enchilada sauce 2 oz.
salsa 1/2 oz.
sour cream 1 tsp.


  1. Heat tortilla on grill or in microwave until warm.
  2. Place warm omelet on tortilla; fold and wrap.
  3. Place in oven-proof dish and top with enchilada sauce.
  4. Bake until hot. Top with salsa and sour cream.


  • Serve with: black beans and rice or crisp multi-colored tortilla chips
  • Daypart suggestion: breakfast, lunch and late night
