mushrooms, sliced 1 1/2 oz.
red peppers, diced 1 oz.
yellow squash, diced 1 oz.
tomatoes, diced 1 1/2 oz.
Papetti's® Better'n Eggs® Liquid Eggs 1/2 cup
curry powder 1/2 tsp.
pita pocket 1/sv.
hummus 3 oz.

Directions

  1. Grill vegetables 3-5 minutes and add egg to scramble.
  2. Season with curry powder and spoon into pita pocket.
  3. Serve with hummus on the side.

Tip:

  • Serve with: celery and carrot sticks
  • Garnish with: crushed pita chips
  • Daypart suggestion: breakfast, lunch, dinner or late night
