Serving Size: 8 oz.
Papetti's® Easy Eggs® Liquid Whole Eggs 48 oz.
Heavy Whipping Cream 36%* 2 oz.
Spinach Frozen Chopped, drained well 8 oz.
Gyro Meat, sliced in 2" x 1/2" strips 24 oz.
Tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped 12 oz.
Mushrooms, sliced 12 oz.
Garlic, fresh finely chopped 1 each
Feta Cheese, crumbled 24 oz.
Oregano, dried 1 T.
Melted Butter or Alternative 6 oz.
Salt and Pepper to taste


  1. Sauté the mushrooms with the garlic and 2 ounces of butter until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and cool.
  2. Combine eggs, cream, chopped spinach, tomatoes, oregano and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Pour the remaining butter on a preheated grill. Add the gyro meat and grill until browned slightly.
  4. Add the egg mixture and scramble until set.
  5. Garnish with the feta cheese.
  6. Serve with the Lemony Hash Browns recipe.


  • * Heavy Whipping Cream 36% can be replaced with Half & Half for a lower fat alternative.
