Serving Size: 6 oz.
Papetti's® Easy Eggs® Liquid Whole Eggs 48 oz.
Heavy Whipping Cream 36%* 2 oz.
Smoked Chicken Breast, sliced 24 oz.
Smoked Cheddar or Mozzarella Cheese, small diced, divided 12 oz.
Green Chilies, canned diced 4 oz.
Red Onion, small dice 2 oz.
Salt and Pepper to taste
Melted Butter or Alternative 4 oz.


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, cream, 8 ounces of the diced cheese and green chilies.
  2. Pour the melted butter on a preheated griddle. Add the onion and sliced Chicken. Cook until heated thoroughly and the onions have softened.
  3. Pour on the egg mixture, season to taste with salt and pepper and cook until set.
  4. Garnish with the remaining cheese.


  • * Heavy Whipping Cream 36% can be replaced with Half & Half for a lower fat alternative.
