3 Cheese Egg Strata
Portions: 12 servings
Serving Size: 1/12th of a 1/2 Size Hotel Pan
Papetti's® Easy Eggs® Liquid Whole Eggs 48 oz.
Heavy Whipping Cream 36% 32 oz.
Dry Mustard 1 T.
Parsley, chopped 2 T.
Salt and Pepper to taste
Cheddar Cheese, shredded 6 oz.
Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded 6 oz.
Swiss or Asiago, shredded 6 oz.
French Bread, day old, 2" cubes 16 oz.


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, heavy cream, dry mustard, parsley, and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Coat a half size 2" hotel pan with non-stick spray and arrange the bread in a single layer. Sprinkle the cheese over the top.
  3. Pour the egg mixture over the top and let rest refrigerated for at least 1 hour.
  4. Place in a preheated 325°F oven and bake for 60 minutes or until set.
  5. Cut into 12 portions and serve.
