Serving Size: 12 oz.
Papetti’s® Easy Eggs® Liquid Whole Eggs 72 oz.
Maple Smoked Turkey Breast 18 oz.
Simply Potatoes® Shredded Hash Browns 24 oz.
Onions, medium chopped 6 oz.
Sage, fresh chopped 1/4 oz.
Salt and Pepper to taste
Vermont White Cheddar Cheese, shredded 6 oz.
Green Onion, chopped 2 oz.
Butter or Alternative 8 oz.


  1. Place half of the butter on a preheated grill. Cook the potatoes and onions until golden brown and tender. Add the chopped sage and salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Grill the turkey and reserve.
  3. Pour the remaining butter on the grill and add the eggs. Fold over themselves until almost set.
  4. Divide the grilled turkey, scrambled eggs and cheddar cheese into 12 (or 50) equal portion sizes.
  5. Place an equal portion of the grilled potatoes in serving dishes and top with turkey, eggs and cheese.
  6. Place under a salamander or broiler to melt the cheese and garnish with green onion.
