Basic Quiche
Portions: 12 servings
Serving Size: 1/6th of Whole Quiche
Papetti's® Easy Eggs® Liquid Whole Eggs 12 oz.
Heavy Whipping Cream 36% 24 oz.
Pie Crusts 2 each
Swiss Cheese, shredded 12 oz.
Nutmeg, ground 1/8 tsp.
Salt and White Pepper to taste


  1. Blind bake pie crusts at 325°F for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cream and eggs, nutmeg, salt and white pepper to taste.
  3. Place 6 ounces of the Swiss cheese in each pie crust and pour the divided cream mixture over the top.
  4. Place the quiches in a preheated 325°F oven and bake for 50-65 minutes or until the quiche has set.
  5. Cool and cut into 6 pieces each.


  • This is a basic quiche recipe. Endless variations can be made by adding additional ingredients, such as chopped bacon, smoked ham, balanced or grilled vegetables, roasted potatoes, spinach, sautéed mushrooms, wild rice and different cheeses.
