Creamy Rosemary and Grilled Turkey Scramble

Serving Size: 7 oz.
Papetti's® Better'n Eggs® Liquid Eggs 48 oz.
Skim Milk 2 oz.
Cream Cheese, reduced fat, cut into small pieces 4 oz.
Peppered Turkey Breast, cooked and julienne 18 oz.
Rosemary, fresh chopped 2 T
Garlic, fresh chopped 1 clove
Spinach, fresh julienne 3 oz
Tomato, fresh, peeled, seeded, and finely chopped 2 oz.
Salt and Pepper to taste
Olive Oil or Melted Butter 4 oz.


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, skim milk,cream cheese and chopped rosemary.
  2. Pour the olive oil on a preheated griddle and add the turkey, garlic, spinach and tomato. Cook until heated thoroughly.
  3. Add the eggs, season to taste with salt and pepper and cook until set.


  • This recipe can also be made into a frittata.
