Low Fat Harvest Omelet

Serving Size: 9 ounces
Papetti's® Better'n Eggs® Liquid Eggs 72 oz.
Cream Cheese, fat free 12 oz.
Apples, peeled and 3/47" diced 6 oz.
Sugar, white granulated 1 oz.
Honey Ham, fat free, diced 12 oz.
Margarine or Vegetable Oil 2 oz.
Non-Fat Cooking Spray as needed


  1. In a preheated sauté pan, add the margarine, apples and sprinkle the sugar over the top. Sauté until the apples become golden brown and firm.
  2. Spray a preheated omelet pan with cooking spray, add the eggs and stir until almost set. Add the cream cheese, apples and ham. Continue cooking until the cream cheese has melted and the ham is heated thoroughly.
  3. Flip omelet onto a plate and garnish as desired.
