Simply Potatoes® Shredded Hash Browns 72 oz.
Onions, fine dice 4 oz.
Anco Chili Powder 1 1/2 T
Smoked Paprika 1 1/2 oz.
Green Chilies, canned dice 2 oz.
Mexican Spice Blend 1 T.
Tomato Paste 1 1/2 oz.
Butter or Alternative 4 oz.
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the butter.
  2. Pour 1/2 of the butter on preheated griddle and top with the potato mixture. Drizzle the remaining butter on top.
  3. Grill until golden brown.
