Simply Potatoes® Diced Potatoes 48 oz.
Andouille Sausage, 1/8" half moon sliced 12 oz.
Onion, fine dice 3 oz.
Green Bell Pepper, fine dice 3 oz.
Red Bell Pepper, fine dice 3 oz.
Tomato Paste 2 T.
Tomatoes, chopped and drained 4 oz.
Granulated Garlic 1 T.
Cayenne Pepper, ground 1 tsp.
Salt and Pepper to taste
Melted Butter or Alternative (divided) 4 oz.


  1. Pour butter on a preheated griddle and grill andouille, red and green peppers and onion for 5 minutes.
  2. Add potatoes and remaining ingredients and grill until potatoes are fully cooked and golden brown.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
