Breakfast Potato Casserole

Serving Size: 2.5 ounces
Simply Potatoes® Sliced Potatoes 2.5 lb.
Breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled 1 lbs
Cheddar cheese, shredded 3/4 cup
Onion, medium, sautéed 1 1/4 cup
Papetti's® Easy Eggs® Liquid Whole Egg 4 ¾ cups
Milk 1 1/4 cup
Salt 2 T
Black pepper 2 t


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a full size baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Evenly arrange half of the fries on the bottom of baking dish. Evenly sprinkle half of the sausage over the potatoes, then the onions and cheese. Repeat layers.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over layers in pan.
  4. Bake 1 hour or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
