Roasted Potatoes with Bacon
Portions: 40 portions
Serving Size: 4 ounces
Simply Potatoes® Red Skin Wedges 10 lbs
Bacon, sliced 2 lbs
Sesame Seeds 2 t
Fresh Parsley, chopped 1/4 cup
Scallion, sliced 10 each
Butter 1 cup
Garlic, minced 2 T


  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Cook bacon until crisp. Drain the bacon on paper towels and crumble or cut into small pieces.
  3. In large bowl, add potatoes, bacon, parsley, scallions, sesame seeds and oil. Toss and place in large ungreased roasting pan.
  4. Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
