Simply Potatoes® Shredded Hash Browns 15100 1 1/2 lbs
Butter, melted 1/3 cup
Hot Pepper Cheese, shredded 1 cup
Swiss Cheese, shredded 1/2 cup
Ham, diced 1 cup
Half & Half 1/2 cup
Papetti’s® Easy Eggs® Liquid Whole Eggs 1/3 cup
Seasoned Salt 1/4 t


  1. Place hash browns into greased 10-inch pie plate, forming a solid crust.
  2. Brush with melted butter, making certain to brush top edges. Bake at 425°F for 25 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven. Sprinkle cheeses and ham evenly over bottom of crust.
  4. Beat Half & Half with eggs and seasoned salt. Pour over cheeses and ham.
  5. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 30-40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
