Simply Potatoes® Shredded Hash Browns 8 oz.
Papetti's® Easy Eggs® Liquid Whole Eggs 1/2 cup
butter 4 oz.
American cheese 1 slice


1. Melt Butter on 350° F flattop grill.

2. Add hash browns and cook until golden brown. Work potatoes into a big circle.

3. In the meantime, pour eggs onto grill next to the potatoes and top with cheese. Fold egg over onto itself to make omelet.

4. Place omelet on one side of the hash brown circle and fold hash browns over the eggs. Serve immediately.


1. Include any ingredients you have on hand to customize your omelet.

2. Serve with strawberry spinach salad or fresh fruit.

3. Daypart suggestion: breakfast through late night.
