Papetti's® Table Ready® Egg White Patty, diced 1
Fresh baby spinach or mixed greens 2 oz.
Albacore tuna, chunk white, in water, drained 3 oz.
Fresh green beans, blanched 1 oz.
Grape tomatoes, halved 2 oz.
Kalamata olives ( or 4 Niçoise olives) 1 oz.
Red wine vinaigrette 1 oz.


1. Arrange greens on a plate.
2. Top with tuna, egg patty, green beans, tomatoes and olives.
3. Drizzle with red wine vinaigrette.


  • Serve with table crackers or breadsticks
