Papetti's® Table Ready® Egg White Omelet #76501 1
Mozzarella cheese, shredded 4 oz.
turkey sausage, cooked and crumbled 4 oz.
salt 1/8 tsp.
fresh ground black pepper 1/8 tsp.
enchilada sauce 2 oz.


1. Preheat oven to 350° F.

2. In large bowl, combine mozzarella, cooked turkey sausage, salt and pepper.

3. Place omelet in oven-safe sauté pan.

4. Fill omelet with cheese and sausage mixture. Fold over and cover in enchilada sauce.

5. Place pan in oven. Bake 3-5 minutes, or until egg is heated through and cheese is melted.

6. Remove from oven. Place on plate and serve hot.
