Papetti's® Table Ready® Garden Vegetable Egg White Patty 1
whole wheat English Muffin 1/2
fresh tomato, diced 1 oz.
Parmesan cheese, grated 2 oz.
fresh basil leaves, chopped 2


1. Preheat oven to 350° F.

2. Assemble bruschetta egg sandwich. Begin with English muffin half on bottom.

3. Top with egg white patty.

4. Add diced tomatoes and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

5. Place assembled sandwich on sheet pan.

6. Put in oven on top rack. Bake 5 minutes, or until egg patty is hot and cheese is golden.

7. Remove from oven. Top with chopped fresh basil. Serve hot.
