Papetti's® Table Ready® Egg White Omelet #76501 1
olive or canola oil, divided 2 Tbs.
onion, diced or julienned 1 oz.
roasted red pepper, diced 1 oz.
artichoke, coarsely chopped 1 oz.
prosciutto, julienned 1 oz.
salt 1/8 tsp.
fresh ground black pepper 1/8 tsp.
Cheddar cheese, shredded, divided 1 oz.


1. Heat 1 Tbs. oil in nonstick saute pan over medium heat.

2. Add omelet to hot oil. Cook one side until heated through and lightly golden.

3. In separate saute pan, heat remaining 1 Tbs. oil over medium heat.

4. Add onion, red pepper, artichoke and prosciutto to hot oil. Cook 2 minutes, or until tender.

5. Fill omelet with hot mixture. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and ½ oz. Cheddar cheese.

6. Fold omelet over filling. Top with remaining cheese. Cook until heated through and cheese is melted.

7. Place omelet on plate and serve immediately.
