Serving Size: 1 serving fried rice
Papetti's® Easy Eggs® Liquid Egg Whites 4 oz.
olive or canola oil 2 Tbs.
celery, diced 4 oz.
carrot, diced 4 oz.
shrimp, medium-sized, pre-cooked 4 oz.
white or brown rice, cooked 4 oz.
snow peas 4 oz.
soy sauce 2 tsp.
sweet chili sauce 1 Tbs.


1. In nonstick saute pan or wok, heat oil over medium high heat until oil is hot.

2. Add celery, carrots, shrimp, rice and peas to hot oil. Stir-fry 2 minutes.

3. Stir in soy sauce and sweet chili sauce.

4. While continuously stirring, add liquid egg whites.

5. Continue stir-frying 1-2 minutes, or until eggs are cooked. Serve.
