Smoked Salmon and Egg White Bagel
Smoked Salmon and Egg White Bagel

Serving Size: 1 bagel
Papetti's® Table Ready® Garden Vegetable Egg White Patty 1
low-fat cream cheese 2 Tbs.
capers, coarsely chopped 1/2 tsp.
fresh ground black pepper 1/8 tsp.
whole wheat bagel 1
olive or canola oil 1/2 Tbs.
smoked salmon 1 1/2 oz.
salt 1/8 tsp.
red onion, thinly sliced 2 slices


1. In small bowl, combine cream cheese, chopped capers and black pepper. Mix well.

2. Slice bagel in half. Spread cream cheese mixture on bagel top. Set aside.

3. Heat oil in nonstick saute pan over medium-high heat.

4. Add egg white patty to hot oil. Cook until heated through and lightly golden on both sides.

5. Place cooked egg white patty on bagel bottom.

6. Place smoked salmon on egg white patty. Sprinkle with salt.

7. Add sliced onion and remaining bagel half. Serve.
