Simply Potatoes® Red Skin Mashed Potatoes 3 lbs.
blue cheese crumbles 4 oz.
bacon bits or 5 strips bacon, cooked until crisp and crumbled 8 oz.

Directions

  1. Heat mashed potatoes.
  2. Set aside a small amount of blue cheese and bacon bits for garnish.
  3. Stir remaining blue cheese into potatoes.
  4. Add remaining bacon bits to potatoes.
  5. Thoroughly mix together.
  6. Garnish with reserved blue cheese and bacon bits.

  • Use any Simply Potatoes® mashed variety with this recipe.
