Chipotle Ranch Potato Wedges

Serving Size: 1/11th of recipe
Simply Potatoes® Red Skin Wedges 5 lbs. 5oz
ranch seasoning 2 Tbs.
chipotle chile, pulverized 2 1/4 tsp.
dried chives 1/4 tsp.
dried dill 1/4 tsp.
salt 2 3/4 tsp.
pepper 3/4 tsp.
salad oil 2/3 cup


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In small bowl, combine ranch seasoning, chipotle powder, chives and dill.
  3. Place potatoes in large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add chipotle-ranch mixture. Toss potatoes to coat.
  5. Gently coat seasoned potatoes with oil.
  6. Place potatoes on parchment-lined sheet pan. Place pan in hot oven.
  7. Bake per potato cooking instructions, or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and serve.


  • Use any Simply Potatoes® red skin wedge variety in this recipe.
  • Great with a variety of dipping sauces.
