Precooked Round Egg Patty, cooked, cooled, small diced 4 each
Arugula 1 oz
Red pepper, small diced 5 oz
Shaved Parmesan cheese 1 oz
Pine nuts, toasted 1 oz
Basil, chopped ΒΌ oz (1/2 cup)
Lemon vinaigrette 6 tablespoons
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Pepper 1/8 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and serve immediately or store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
