Serving Size: 2.5 ounces
Simply Potatoes® Hash Brown Potatoes 20 oz.
Milk ½ cup
Cream of Chicken Soup 12.5 oz.
Sour Cream 8 oz.
Cheddar Cheese, shredded 1-¼ cup
Onions, diced 2 T
Salt 1 tsp.
Black Pepper 1 T


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, add cream of chicken soup, sour cream, Cheddar cheese, onions, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Add hash browns to soup mixture. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Spray a 9” x 13” baking pan with cooking spray. Evenly spread potato mixture in pan.
  5. Bake for 1 hour. Serve hot.
