MINNETONKA, MN - 3 April 2011 - The International Egg Commission (IEC) 2011 spring conference is being held April 3 – 5 at the newly renovated Royal Horseguards Hotel.

The conference provides a venue for egg industry leaders and decision makers to discuss best practices and strategies designed for their business. The Production and Trade session will focus on the carbon footprint of eggs, while the Economics session will discuss graduated, stair-step methods to comply with the 2012 Cage Ban in Europe. As usual, the conference will combine a balance of social and business-related activities for their attendees.

Confirmed guest speakers include Dr. Adrian Williams of Cranfield University, Prof. Hans Wilhelm-Windhorst IEC Statistical Analyst and Nan-Dirk Mulder of Rabobank.
