Basic Quiche

| Heavy Whipping Cream 36% |

| Pie Crusts |
2 each |
| Swiss Cheese, shredded |
12 oz |
| Nutmeg, ground |
1/8 tsp |
| Salt and White Pepper |

| Directions |
- Blind bake pie crusts at 325ºF for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cream and eggs, nutmeg, salt and white pepper to taste.
- Place 6 ounces of the Swiss cheese in each pie crust and pour the divided cream mixture over the top.
- Place the quiches in a preheated 325ºF oven and bake for 50-65 minutes or until the quiche has set.
- Cool and cut into 6 pieces each.

Note:
This is a basic quiche recipe. Endless variations can be made by adding additional ingredients, such as chopped bacon, smoked ham, balanced or grilled vegetables, roasted potatoes, spinach, sautŽed mushrooms, wild rice and different cheeses.
