| Tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped |

| Melted Butter or Alternative |

Directions
|
- Combine all of the ingredients except the butter in a mixing bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Pour the butter on a preheated grill. Add the scramble mix and gently fold over itself until set.
