Chesapeake Bay Scramble

Ingredient Amount
M.G.Waldbaum's Easy Eggs® or Papetti's Table ReadyTM Liquid Eggs 48 oz
Cream Cheese, small cubes 10 oz
Bay Shrimp, cooked 12 oz
Crab Meat, cooked 6 oz
Asparagus Tips, blanched 6 oz
Tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped 2 oz
Chives, chopped 2 T
Salt and Pepper to taste
Melted Butter or Alternative 4 oz

Directions
  1. Combine all of the ingredients except the butter in a mixing bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Pour the butter on a preheated grill. Add the scramble mix and gently fold over itself until set.
