Crunchy Caramelized Banana Stuffed French Toast

| Bananas, peeled, sliced lengthways and cut in half |

*Heavy Whipping Cream 36% can be replaced with Half & Half for a lower fat alternative. |

| Directions |
- In a mixing bowl combine eggs, cream, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Reserve.
- In a sauté pan, melt the butter and add the sugar. Cook until the sugar is dissolved and bubbling. Add the bananas and cook for 2 minutes. Cool.
- Spread one side of the French Toast with 2 ounces of the strawberry cream cheese and place 4 slices of the caramelized bananas on top.
- Top with the second piece of French Toast.
- Dip the sandwich in the custard and then into the corn flakes.
- Place on a buttered preheated grill. Grill until golden brown, turn over and repeat.
