| Texas Toast |

| Hot Chocolate Mix (powdered) |

| Hershey Milk Chocolate Bars, broken in half |

| Melted Butter or Alternative |

*Heavy Whipping Cream 36% can be replaced with Half & Half for a lower fat alternative. |

| Directions |
- Combine the eggs with the cream and the hot chocolate mix. Whisk until the mixture is well blended.
- Dip the Texas toast into the egg mixture and place 2 pieces of the Hershey bar in the middle and top with an additional piece of bread.
- Place on a buttered preheated grill and cook until browned on each side.
- Cut in half on a diagonal and top with syrup or chocolate sauce.
