	Ingredient Amount M.G.Waldbaum's Easy Eggs® or Papetti's Table ReadyTM Liquid Eggs 32 oz Heavy Whipping Cream 36%* 4 oz Texas Toast 24 pieces Hot Chocolate Mix (powdered) 3 oz Hershey Milk Chocolate Bars, broken in half 12 each Melted Butter or Alternative as needed *Heavy Whipping Cream 36% can be replaced with Half & Half for a lower fat alternative.

Directions

Combine the eggs with the cream and the hot chocolate mix. Whisk until the mixture is well blended. Dip the Texas toast into the egg mixture and place 2 pieces of the Hershey bar in the middle and top with an additional piece of bread. Place on a buttered preheated grill and cook until browned on each side. Cut in half on a diagonal and top with syrup or chocolate sauce.
