Directions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, skim milk, cream cheese and chopped rosemary.
- Pour the olive oil on a preheated grill and add the turkey, garlic, spinach and tomato. Cook until heated thoroughly.
- Add the eggs, season to taste with salt and pepper and cook until set.
Options
This recipe can also be made into a frittata.
