Creamy Rosemary and Grilled Turkey Scramble

M.G.Waldbaum's Simply UltraTM Eggs or Papetti's Better'N Eggs® Liquid Eggs 48 oz 200 oz (6 1/4 qt)
Skim Milk 2 oz 10 oz
Cream Cheese, reduced fat, cut into small pieces 4 oz 14 oz
Peppered Turkey Breast, cooked and julienne 18 oz 75 oz
Rosemary, fresh chopped 2 T 1/4 cup
Garlic, fresh chopped 1 clove 5 cloves
Spinach, fresh julienne 3 oz 12 oz
Tomato, fresh, peeled, seeded and finely chopped 2 oz 8 oz
Salt and Pepper to taste to taste
Olive Oil or Melted Butter 4 oz 16 oz

Directions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, skim milk, cream cheese and chopped rosemary.
  2. Pour the olive oil on a preheated grill and add the turkey, garlic, spinach and tomato. Cook until heated thoroughly.
  3. Add the eggs, season to taste with salt and pepper and cook until set.
Options
This recipe can also be made into a frittata.
