| Sun-dried Cranberries |

| Walnuts, chopped |

| Powdered Sugar |

| Whole Wheat Bread, 1" thick sliced |

Directions
- Whip the cream cheese with the powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Fold in the cranberries and walnuts.
- In a separate bowl, combine eggs, skim milk, cinnamon, vanilla and nutmeg.
- Spread 3 ounces of the cream cheese mixture on 1 side of the bread and top with another piece of bread.
- Dip into the egg mixture and place on a buttered preheated grill. Grill until golden brown, turn over and repeat.
