| Onions, medium dice |
4 oz |
| Swiss Cheese, shredded |

| Salt and Pepper |

| Melted Butter or Alternative |

Directions
|
- Pour butter on a preheated grill. Add the onion and potatoes and cook until the potatoes are golden brown. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Add the pastrami and cook until heated through.
- Pour on eggs and fold over themselves until loosely set. Sprinkle with Swiss cheese and cook until set.
- Serve with grilled rye or dark bread.
