| Roast Beef or Rib Eye, thinly shaved |

| Green Pepper, julienned |
6 oz |
| Onion, julienned |
6 oz |
| Mushrooms, sliced thin |
6 oz |
| Salt and Pepper |
to taste |
| Melted Cheese Sauce |

| Melted Butter or Alternative |

Directions
|
- Pour butter on a preheated grill. Add the potatoes and cook until slightly browned. Add the peppers, onions and mushrooms and cook until golden brown. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- On a separate grill add the beef and grill until fully cooked. Combine the cooked beef and potato mixture.
- Pour on eggs and fold over themselves until set.
- Place in a serving dish or individual portions and drizzle the melted cheese on top.
