| Tomatoes, chopped and drained |

| Directions |
- Pour butter on a preheated grill and grill andouille, red and green peppers and onion for 5 minutes.
- Add potatoes and remaining ingredients and grill until potatoes are fully cooked and golden brown.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
