Beef and Tomato Topped with Mashed Potatoes

| Garlic, smashed and chopped |

| Lean Ground Beef |

| Dry Mustard |

| Diced Tomatoes, drained |

| Tomato Sauce |
1 1/2 cups |
| Melted Butter |
2 T |
| Salt and Pepper |
to taste |

| Directions |
- Preheat oven to 375ºF.
- Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat. Add onion, celery, pepper and garlic. Sauté for 3 minutes.
- Add herbs, beef, mustard, salt and pepper. Cook 8 minutes over medium heat.
- Incorporate tomatoes and tomato sauce and continue cooking for 3 minutes.
- Transfer mixture to baking dish and cover with mashed potatoes.
- Sprinkle lightly with melted butter. Bake for 20 minutes.
