Cheesy Potato Casserole

Ingredient Amount
Northern Star or Farm Fresh Shredded Hash Brown 10 lbs
Cream of Chicken Soup 50 oz
Sour Cream 32 oz
Cheddar Cheese, shredded 5 cups
Onions, diced 1/2 cup
Salt 2 T
Black Pepper 1 T

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  2. In a large bowl, add cream of chicken soup, sour cream, Cheddar cheese, onions, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Add hash browns to soup mixture. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Spray a full-size baking pan with cooking spray. Evenly spread potato mixture in pan.
  5. Bake for 1 hour. Serve hot.
