| Directions |
- Preheat oven to 400ºF.
- In a large bowl, add cream of chicken soup, sour cream, Cheddar cheese, onions, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- Add hash browns to soup mixture. Mix thoroughly.
- Spray a full-size baking pan with cooking spray. Evenly spread potato mixture in pan.
- Bake for 1 hour. Serve hot.
