Country Breakfast

Ingredient Amount
Northern Star or Farm Fresh Shredded Hash Browns 10 lbs
Sausage, browned and crumbled 6.6 lbs
Eggs 5 dz
Milk 5 cups
Butter 1 2/3 cups
Cheddar Cheese, shredded 3 lbs
Salt 1 T
Pepper 1 t

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. With wire whisk, mix eggs and milk together.
  3. Layer sausage on the bottom of a greased half sheet baking pan. Pour egg mixture over the layer of sausage.
  4. In a large bowl, mix together hash browns, butter, salt and pepper. Add this mixture on top of the sausage and eggs.
  5. Sprinkle the cheese over the top and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Optional:
Add onion, green onion, green pepper or mushrooms.
