| Directions |
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- With wire whisk, mix eggs and milk together.
- Layer sausage on the bottom of a greased half sheet baking pan. Pour egg mixture over the layer of sausage.
- In a large bowl, mix together hash browns, butter, salt and pepper. Add this mixture on top of the sausage and eggs.
- Sprinkle the cheese over the top and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Add onion, green onion, green pepper or mushrooms.
