Crispy Potato Quiche

Portions: 9       Serving Size: 2.5 oz
Ingredient Amount
Northern Star or Farm Fresh Shredded Hash Browns 1 1/2 lbs
Butter, melted 1/3 cup
Hot Pepper Cheese, shredded 1 cup
Swiss Cheese, shredded 1/2 cup
Ham, diced 1 cup
Half & Half 1/2 cup
Eggs 2 each
Seasoned Salt 1/4 t

Directions
  1. Place hash browns into greased 10-inch pie plate, forming a solid crust.
  2. Brush with melted butter, making certain to brush top edges. Bake at 425ºF for 25 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven. Sprinkle cheeses and ham evenly over bottom of crust.
  4. Beat Half & Half with eggs and seasoned salt. Pour over cheeses and ham.
  5. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 30-40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
