| Directions |
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Place 2 pounds (5 3/4 cups) hash browns in the bottom of a full sheet baking pan.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Pour mixture over hash browns. Bake for 40 minutes.
