Hash Brown Stroganoff

Ingredient Amount
Northern Star or Farm Fresh Shredded Hash Browns 10 lbs
Sour Cream 40 oz
Cream of Mushroom Soup 107 1/2 oz
Hamburger, browned and drained 5 lbs
Onion, diced 1 3/4 cups
Salt 1 T
Black Pepper 1 t

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Place 2 pounds (5 3/4 cups) hash browns in the bottom of a full sheet baking pan.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  4. Pour mixture over hash browns. Bake for 40 minutes.
