Lemony Oregano Hash Browns

Northern Star or Farm Fresh Hash Brown Potatoes 36 oz 9 lb
Oregano, fresh chopped 1/8 oz 3/4 oz
Lemon Pepper Seasoning 1 1/4 T 6 T
Onions, fine dice 3 oz 13 oz
Garlic, chopped 1/2 oz 2 1/4 oz
Melted Butter or Alternative 2 oz 9 oz
Salt and Pepper to taste to taste

Directions
  1. Grill the onion and garlic in the butter and add the potatoes.
  2. Sprinkle the lemon pepper and oregano over the potatoes and continue to grill until golden brown. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
