Mexican Style Mashed Potatoes

Ingredient Amount
Northern Star or Farm Fresh Mashed Potatoes 6 lbs
Butter or Margarine 4 T
Salt 1 t
Tomatoes, dehydrated 1 t
Green Bell Pepper, dehydrated 1 t
Onion, dehydrated 1 t
Red Pepper, dehydrated 1 t
Oregano Leaves 1/2 t
Cilantro, dried 2 t
Black Pepper 1/2 t

Directions
  1. Preheat mashed potatoes.
  2. Melt butter in a small bowl.
  3. Add tomatoes, green pepper, red pepper and onion to butter. Let rest for ten minutes.
  4. Place potatoes in large bowl and add butter mixture, cilantro, oregano, salt and pepper.
  5. Mix well. Serve hot.
