| Red Pepper, dehydrated |

| Oregano Leaves |

| Cilantro, dried |

| Black Pepper |

| Directions |
- Preheat mashed potatoes.
- Melt butter in a small bowl.
- Add tomatoes, green pepper, red pepper and onion to butter. Let rest for ten minutes.
- Place potatoes in large bowl and add butter mixture, cilantro, oregano, salt and pepper.
- Mix well. Serve hot.
