Potato Cheese Soup

Ingredient Amount
Quality Farms Red Skin Diced Potatoes 10 lbs
Ham, diced 5 lbs
Water 1 1/2 gal
Cheddar Cheese Soup 100 oz
Broccoli, chopped 3 lbs
Cauliflower, chopped 3 lbs

Directions
  1. In a large pot, add water and ham. Bring to boil. Let boil for 15 minutes.
  2. Add cheese soup to stock and mix well.
  3. Add potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower. Cook until vegetables are tender. Serve hot.
