| Fresh Chives, chopped |

| Directions |
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Add mashed potatoes and the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl, reserving some chives for garnish. Mix until all ingredients are thoroughly blended.
- Place mixture in a well-greased 2-quart baking dish and sprinkle with remaining chives.
- Bake in oven for an hour or until the top turns pale golden. Garnish with chives.
